Refund policy

We at Adigo try our hardest to ideate, research and test each and every one of our products to make sure you get the ✨perfect✨ product at your doorstep. We understand that the needs and wants of every person differ, but we hope we were able to give you what you desired. However, in case we were unable to do so, we have tried to make the return process as seamless for you as possible. All you have to do is follow the below steps:

  1. Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s) at customercare@stanvacprime.com
  2. You can also raise a request with us using the Customer Care phone number: +91-9560 111 265
  3. Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
  4. After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.

You can return the products for the following concerns:

  1. Wrong product delivery
  2. Expired product delivery
  3. Damaged product delivery

So, we’ve given our best to make sure that we give you the best quality products and make your self-care journey very very special and carefree :)

We understand that personal care is a very individual experience and we might not be able to cater to everyone's specific needs. So, to make the experience hassle-free for you, we will be happy to issue a full refund for any full-priced unopened or unused merchandise that are returned to our warehouse within 7 days of the delivery.

Please contact us using the customer care number or email address to provide your feedback and we will be happy to arrange reverse pickup for most locations in India.

In case you receive opened or damaged products, please reject them at the time of delivery and we will send you a new package within 7 days of the complaint raised.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products and we are not liable for any damage post-delivery of the product.

We will initiate your refund as soon as the product reaches our nearest warehouse and we will inform you about the refund status via WhatsApp and email.

In case you change your mind before the product has been dispatched for delivery, please contact customer care and we will cancel the order for you and issue a refund to your chosen payment method. Please allow 10-15 days for the refund to process and do let us know what made you change your mind :)
